Lookonchain reported that three Bitcoin whales moved 6,168 BTC, worth about $498.5 million, to Coinbase Prime while Bitcoin traded near $80,800. Arkham Intelligence separately said another whale deposited 438.37 BTC after earlier withdrawing 615.4 BTC at a much higher average price, leaving an unrealized loss of more than $15 million. Neither firm confirmed the transfers were sales.
AI Analysis
Large BTC transfers to Coinbase Prime may signal potential selling pressure, and the reported unrealized loss adds to the bearish tone. However, no sale was confirmed, so the market impact is moderate rather than high.
Expected Investor Sentiment: Neutral
Potential Market Impact: Significant
